Tidetreats Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every bite of Tidetreats. While our bars are made fresh and shipped fast, we know trying something new can be a leap. That’s why we offer a simple, fair policy designed to protect both our customers and our small business.


🟢 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our bars—and we want you to be satisfied. While our products are food items and not resellable, we don’t believe you should be stuck with something you don’t enjoy.

We offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee option at checkout. If you opt in to our guarantee, we’re happy to offer a refund — as long as the remaining product is returned. 

Here’s how it works:

  • Submit a return request here within 14 days of delivery

  • We’ll send a prepaid return label

  • Once we receive the product, we’ll issue your refund

  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

A few important notes:

  • Refunds will not be issued if more than 25% of the product has been consumed

  • For subscription orders: Our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to the first oder

  • You must purchase our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee at checkout in order to be eligible for a return. Unfortunately we cannot accept your return if you opted out of our Satisfaction Guarantee.


🔁 Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are deeply discounted and made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds on subscription renewals once they’ve been processed.

To pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, please do so before your next renewal date. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or refunded.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@tidetreats.com within 14 days. We’ll make it right—no stress, no hassle.


🚫 Final Sale Items

Gift cards, bundles, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.


🛡️ Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or multiple refund requests from the same customer or household.
